Terms & Conditions

1. You have agreed to pay Photographer In San Antonio a non-refundable fee to book a time slot for a photoshoot. 

2. Photographer In San Antonio agrees to provide no fewer than 25 photos for this booking. You will be able to view, order prints, or purchase a digital download license of images in the Photo Store located at the following link: https://www.photographerinsanantonio.com/photo-store

3. Photographer In San Antonio will perform basic post-processing or digital image editing services on these photos where artistically necessary. Any special requests for edits will require an additional booking for a minimum of a 2-hour time slot at a rate of $250 per 2 hours. 

4. If you cancel your photoshoot, you forfeit your payment for this timeslot. All sales are final.  

5. Photographer In San Antonio is in no obligation to capture any specific moment or pose, or person(s) during the photo shoot. 

6. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Photographer In San Antonio for any liability, damage, or loss related to technological failure, including data loss. 

7. You agree that Photographer In San Antonio is not required to maintain copies of the photos from this shoot more than ten (10) days after the images are in the Photo Store.

8. You agree to hold Photographer In San Antonio harmless for any personal injury, which may occur for poses.

9. You agree that Photographer In San Antonio is not required to cater to specific aesthetic preferences.

10. You agree to obtain all permissions necessary for Photographer In San Antonio to photograph at the location indicated in this booking.

11. Photographer In San Antonio has no duty to obtain permission at reception centers, churches, buildings, properties, or other locations to operate thereon. You agree that any failure to obtain these permissions resulting in fines to the photographer, or which prevent the photographer from photographing the event(s), is not the fault, liability, or responsibility of Photographer In San Antonio.

12. You agree and understand that no other party other than Photographer In San Antonio may take pictures of any poses, lighting situations, or set-ups made by Photographer In San Antonio. If you invite another photographer, this will slow down Photographer In San Antonio’s work and violate Photographer In San Antonio's right to take pictures at the event(s).

13. Model Release: You grant permission to Photographer In San Antonio and its assigns, licensees, and sublicensees permission to use your image, or likeness in all forms of media for commercial purposes, advertising, trade, personal use, or all other uses. Therefore, Photographer In San Antonio may use your image likeness and image on Photographer In San Antonio's website, or other advertising.
